As a former state licensed residential building contractor, he has built new and custom homes, completed whole house remodels, and a myriad of other home repairs and updates. While extensive knowledge and construction experience is invaluable as a home inspector, Eric felt that further trade-specific training was necessary to provide his clients with the best possible inspection. Consequently Eric completed further training through Inspection Training Associates, the nation’s leading inspection school. This program is nationally recognized as providing the most comprehensive, hands-on training available in the field.

 

Eric lives in Inver Grove Heights with his wife Erica and their dogs, Clyde and Murphy.
