In most cases, buyers choose to have a complete home inspection covering all aspects of the home including, but not limited to:

 

-Site, including grading, decks, steps, patios, etc.

-Exterior.

-Roof and related components such as flues, flashings, and chimneys.

-Interior.

-Attic.

-Plumbing.

-Electrical.

-HVAC system.

-Foundation.
